The Company started operating in 2018. During said year, all of the Company’s revenues were from its various Photovoltaic System Sales Agreements (“PVSA”) with residential customers, where the Company designed, procured components for, and constructed photovoltaic systems (“PS”) for residential customers. In the first three quarters of the Company, revenues were from PVSAs, engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) contracts, and Energy Equipment Leasing and Service Agreements (“EELSAs”). The EPC contract is with SUWECO Tablas Energy Corporation (“STEC”) to build a 7.5 Megawatt peak (“MWp”) Solar Storage Hybrid Power Plant in Brgy. Tumingad, Odiongan, Romblon, Philippines. The EELSAs were to develop, construct, operate, and lease solar generation facilities, and to operate and manage (“O&M”) the leased solar generation facility units.
